Highly effective wettable powder with strong knockdown and long term residual action. Proven 100% long term mortality on insects such as bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas, ants and clothes moths.
Application using compression sprayer for carrying out treatments on soft furnishings, hard, horizontal and vertical surfaces. These include but not limited to floor-wall junction sprays and blanket spays where needed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Crawling insects: Apply spray to harbourages, resting places and vertical and horizontal surfaces where insects are seen. Pay special attention to cracks and crevices especially around animal sleeping areas.
Houseflies, Cluster-flies and Mosquitoes: Apply spray to walls, ceilings and areas where pests rest. Do not treat exposed food or food preparation areas.
Wasps: Spray the nest entrance and the surfaces upon which wasps alight.

For the control of ‘resting insects’ |
Add 1-2 litres of clean water to the sprayer, and then add the product according to the table below. Use the blue scoop provided with this pack for dispensing the product.
A ‘rounded’ scoop of product measures approximately 10g. Add the remainder of the water. Shake the sprayer to mix contents.
- 10g sachets dilute into 5 litres of water for routine treatments of flying and crawling insects.
- 2g sachets dilute into 1 litre of water for smaller doses.
1 litre of ready-for-use spray treats 25 square metres of sprayable surface. Shake sprayer to re-mix contents if spraying is interrupted for more than 30 minutes.
Apply as a coarse low-pressure spray. Makeup spray as required. Do not store prepared spray overnight. Do not use the spray near electrical appliances, light fittings or switches. Exclude all animals before treatment and do not reintroduce until all treated surfaces are dry and the area is thoroughly ventilated.
1) Being 40% Cypermethrin, is the exclusion period longer than Ficam W?
While the product contains a high amount of active ingredient, the exclusion period is the same as any other insecticide, once treatment is carried out entry back into the treatment area should be left for a minimum of 4 hours
2) Can C40WP be used on mattresses?
No - If you require a product which is licensed to be used on mattresses why not use Phobi Dose RTU alongside C40wp to give you complete coverage when carrying out Bedbug treatments.
3) What are the residual effects of C40WP?
The residual effects of C40WP are around 8 weeks, as with all insecticides this may very depending on the location of the treatment, high traffic areas and areas subject to high volumes of UV light will break down faster.
